What exactly we do

We connect AI models (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, or whichever fits) to your existing systems —CRM, ERP, email, databases, internal tools— to remove repetitive manual work or improve processes that today depend on someone remembering to do them.

We do not sell ChatGPT or a generic agent. We build specific workflows for your case, orchestrated from our own back-end, with cost control, caching, human-in-the-loop where needed and full traceability.

Invoices, contracts, scanned forms, order emails. AI reads them, structures the data and puts it where it belongs.

How we run an AI project

  1. First conversation (free, 48h): you describe the process. We tell you if AI makes sense, if plain code fits better, or if automating is not worth it.
  2. Scoped proof of concept: a short sprint with one real workflow and clear success metrics set up front.
  3. Production with human validation: we go live with 100% human review until we trust the system. Then we lower supervision gradually.
  4. Maintenance and evolution: models change, prices drop, new options appear. We review what to optimise every quarter.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell magic. If AI will not solve your problem, we tell you before charging you for consulting.
  • We do not use your data for training. Claude and OpenAI offer no-training plans; we take those.
  • We do not ship AI systems without legal review. If your case touches personal data, Vanina —lawyer— reviews compliance before production.
